To redeem prizes - your account must be verified first.

How do I know if I need to verify my account? 

1.you will get an email that notify you

2. You’ll notice the Redeem button will have different icons in the side menu:  

If your account is already verified:

1. Click on the "REDEEM" button next to the red button STORE

2. You will now be able to see your SC available balance 

3. Choose the amount you wish to redeem
