How do I contact Customer Support?

You can contact the RealPrize customer support team by clicking Contact us from the side menu on Realprize.com :

1. From the REALPrize home page,  on the burger menu  button in the top right-hand corner of your screen

2. Scroll down - you will find the FAQ& Support button -clicking this will take you to our contact form where you may submit your request or query. 

Once submitted, our Customer Support team will reach you to you as soon as possible
