What does Prizeout refer to?

Prizeout is an excellent choice for redeeming your Sweeps Coins.

It allows verified players like you to exchange your Sweeps Coins for Gift Cards from various partnered merchants such as Amazon, Uber Eats, Adidas, and Ulta beauty.

To redeem your prize through Prizeout, simply choose the "Prizeout Gift Card" option on the redemption screen.

Once you've selected the Prizeout Gift Card option, you'll see a list of available merchants.

Please note that you need to have a minimum balance of 45.00 Sweeps Coins or more to be eligible for redemption, and only one redemption request can be made at a time.

After selecting a gift card, you will receive an email from our redemption team confirming your request. This email will contain all pertinent transaction details, including your request ID and the value of the gift card.

Your Prizeout redemption request will be processed within 1-3 days, offering a swift option for prize redemption.

Shortly after submitting your request, you will receive an automated email from our prize redemption partner, Prizeout, confirming receipt and processing.

Upon approval of your Prizeout redemption request, you'll receive a confirmation email from our redemptions team, followed by an email from Prizeout containing your Gift Card and instructions for use.
