What documents do I need to provide for proof of address?

As a component of our verification procedure, you may be asked to furnish a Proof of Address document. The following documents are acceptable for verifying your residential address:

• Utility Bill
• Payslip
• Government-issued document
• bank statement

• Guidelines for Document Submission:

  1. Ensure the entire document is visible, capturing all four corners. It should display your complete name, current residential address, and the date of issue.
  2. Documents must remain unaltered and free from any modifications or tampering.
  3. Avoid writing on, drawing on, or making any alterations to the submitted document

  1. To expedite the process, please verify that the chosen document meets the following criteria:

     1. Clearly readable
     2. Issued within the last 3 months
     3. Displays your complete name, address, and date of issue
     4. Contains a complete and current residential address (excluding PO Box numbers)
