I can’t make a purchase, I get one of these errors.

If you are getting any of the error messages, try the fixes below:  

The most common scenario is that your bank is rejecting this purchase because they don’t know who we are. You have two options:

• Try another payment method. We have a wide variety of payment methods available to you now. We have listed them here:
• Instant bank transfer
• Credit card or debit card
• paypal
• Call your bank and ask them to authorise payments to ‘realprize'. Make sure to ask them when you can try making purchases with us again.
