    Been waiting forever to hear a response about why the game was only giving me half the amount that it says I was supposed to win on the bonus round. Seems the only thing I've gotten in response is an automated message I won 100 SC but the game only paid me out 50 SC…

    All I have is screenshots of what I was supposed to be paid out which was 100 SC but was only given 50 SC but it's not letting me post the screenshots. I've already submitted a complaint and have still not yet to hear nothing back from them

    They said my account is suspended and I ask why? I just want to know why the account is suspended. I used real coins to play a game and won, then Real Prize said my account suspended. They let me play, why let me play when account suspended. I just want to speak to someone about what's going on and why I got suspended. I have been a member for 2 years and had great winnings and loses also. WHY REAL PRIZE SUSPENDED? Annette R
